Oh where to start with my sweet Misty, this girl is a lover. She is so friendly and loves being with her people. She jumps at every chance to get in the car and go for a ride to explore new places. Whether going to the store, park, hiking, visiting family, or going to our local state park and lake. She has done her fair share of boating with us as well. She also loves running along our side by side to do chores (or riding along haha). And rewards herself with a nice dip in our creek when we are done. She is a bigger girl about 65 lbs, and will eat you out of your house and home if you let her.  No grazing on food all day for this girl! She loves her exercise but will jump right up on the couch with you as well. She does need a home where she is the only dog, and will get ALL the attention. She likes being the queen around here so I definitely want to place her where she can fully live out those dreams. She is scheduled for her spay surgery May 1st, so she will be available for her new home sometime around her 6th birthday.​

Posted below is the contract I have in place for my retired dogs. I have raised these dogs from 8 weeks old, some of them since birth. They are near and dear to me. It breaks my heart to see any of them leave me, but I want what is best for them. You need to understand, they are NOT just dogs, period. They mean the world to me and I expect their new homes to love, value, care for and cherish them to the same levels I have! This is non-negotiable.

(Breeder/Seller)_________________________ hereby agrees to sell dog: (dog's name)___________________ for the price of __________to ________________________________(Buyer). Under the agreement a fore mentioned dog will never be re-homed, auctioned off, sold to a broker or raffled off, in the event that a fore mentioned dog does not begin to settle in within seven (7) days, buyer agrees to return dog to Breeder/Seller and will receive a full refund.        _______________________(Breeder/Seller) reserves the right that if the a fore mentioned dog is not settled or doing well in their new home within thirty (30) days they will take back said dog at no cost to breeder/seller.  _________ (Buyer's Initials).

_______________________(Buyer) hereby agrees to keep Breeder/Seller as second contact on a fore mentioned dog's microchip for the duration of said dog's life. Buyer also agrees to send a picture and update any time Breeder/Seller requests one (once a month for the first year and then every other month after). _________________(Buyer) agrees to keep a fore mentioned dog in good condition meaning the dog will be kept groomed on a regular basis and feed a high quality dog food. Buyer also agrees dog will not be kept in a kennel for more than 4 hours during the day and will provide regular food, water and exercise for a fore mentioned dog every day.

__________________(Buyer) agrees that if at any time in the dog's life they are not able to properly take care of or no longer keep dog, they must notify Breeder/Seller and promptly return the dog immediately to Breeder/Seller at no cost to Breeder/Seller. Buyer also agrees they will not take the dog to a shelter or any type of rescue and are responsible for any fees that Breeder/Seller may incur getting dog back from a shelter/rescue in the event Buyer breaks this contract. If the Breeder/Seller finds out Buyer re-homed, raffled off, brokered or sold the dog to somebody at any point during its life, Breeder/Seller reserves the right to not only take back the dog but take any monies Buyer received for the sale of the dog for boarding, grooming, feeding and veterinary costs once in Breeder/Seller's possession. Buyer also agrees that should the event occur they become deceased, if a responsible family member or friend approved prior by Breeder/Seller does not want the dog, it must promptly be returned to Breeder/Seller.

  __________________(Buyer) agrees that if at any point Breeder/Seller feels dog is being neglected or abused in any way that Breeder/Seller has the right to take away dog and re-home it to a proper home at Breeder/Seller's own discretion. This means if Buyer does not regularly groom dog, properly feed, water and exercise dog or physically abuses or neglects dog mentioned in this contract, or any type of animal neglect or abuse. ______________(Buyer) agrees any legal actions taken such as court hearings must take place in Breeder/Seller's state of Pennsylvania at Buyer's cost.

  ________________________(Breeder/Seller) hereby agrees that if Buyer returns dog within seven (7) days from the date upon contract, because dog did not work out personality or settling in wise, the price of the dog, will be returned to Buyer. If Buyer wishes, they may wait and pick a dog of same value if available in lieu of fee being returned. If Buyer chooses another dog over they're refund, they forfeit they're money and cannot get it back, even if the new dog does not work out for them.

This contract was fully agreed to by both parties on the date of      /    /       upon signing this, Breeder/Seller agrees to a life time genetic health guarantee of dog listed in this contract, this only covers hereditary genetic conditions. Any hereditary genetic conditions found in the dog within the life of the dog must be proven by Buyer AND Breeder/Seller's veterinarian at cost of Buyer, only after it has been proven to be hereditary, Buyer has the option to place the dog with Breeder/Seller and pick another dog of equal value to what the dog was when bought, or keep the dog at no cost to the Breeder/Seller.
